Paying it Forward

It’s always wonderful to have a team member that goes above and beyond trying to make everyone’s day better. Here at Tiffany Square we have just that team member. Linda has worked for Tiffany Square for 25 years currently holding the position of restorative aid. But she does so much more to make sure the residents get a good workout or restorative program. She helps the neighborhoods assist residents in the morning and throughout the day and provides ways for the residents to reminisce. She is always on the go. One minute you see her in the dining room assisting with a meal and the next she is walking a resident around the building on their daily stroll. Linda always says the rest of the team members are always helping her get residents home after daily exercise but we feel like she is always helping us out and she does so with a positive attitude and smile.

Last week Linda wanted to pay it forward to the team for helping her, so she provided hot dogs and the fixings for the team to enjoy with the assistance of Alberto and Ararika to set up the goodies. The team members in turn gave Linda a thank you card for all the little things she does to make our work days run smoother and faster. Thank you Linda for all you do and dedication to the residents.
